How quickly can I get a quote?
Usually you get any quote or approval for one day.
Do you only load and unload at a dock? Do you operate a liftgate?
We only load and unload at the docks.
Do you still deliver freight when it's snowing?
Yes, Royal Falcon is open 365 days a year.
Do drivers help unload?
No, our drivers do not help unload.
What happens if there is a discrepancy in inventory count between the warehouse and goods owner?
We always try to solve all our problems as good as possible for evrybody ,but our drivers are priority for us so we always will do everything to make them happy.
What kind of freight do you haul?
We do DRY VAN.
Do you haul hazardous materials (hazmat)?
No, we do not haul hazardous materials.
What is the average age of your trucks?
All our equipment is new.
What are the requirements to become a driver for your company?
At least 2 years of OTR driving, no DUI, clean CDL
What are the requirements to become an operator for your company?
At least 2 years of OTR driving, no DUI, clean CDL
What system do you use for tracking your trucks? Is this system available for the client to see?
All our trucks have electronic logbooks.
What happens if I decide not to take a load of goods that you offer me?
We will try to find the load that you like.
What do you need from me in order to start working?
We need your valid CDL driver license, SSN and Medical card.
